Advice

Don't go to the grocery store hungry. I try to remember this but usually realize just how hungry I was as I look at my final grocery bill. Oops. Tonight was especially bad, probably because it's snowing and I guess I thought I should stock up. Well, and because I found Girl Scout thin mint ice cream. Really? How have I not seen this before? Yes, ice cream and snowy weather is not a problem for me. I'm also making some yummy treats for tomorrow's super bowl party.

It's been a really nice weekend so far, relaxing and fun. Tried a few new bars and restaurants - including a fabulous brunch this morning at the Coral Room. Unfortunately for my wallet, we also checked out a cute boutique shop next door afterwards.. Jess and I saw a movie this afternoon too. I'm thinking about starting to pack for my trip to Costa Rica - is it too soon? 2 weeks from now I'm going to be sitting on an amazing beach :) Let the count down begin.... (Maybe I shouldn't have bought that huge carton of ice cream after all...)
